Rahul Lahoti is a development economist at UNU-WIDER with research interests at the cross section of gender, poverty measurement, inequality, social stratification and labour markets. He has worked previously as a Post-doctoral research fellow at ETH, Zurich and as an Assistant Professor at Azim Premji University. He obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Goettingen, Germany.
